About Community Rehab

Local therapy, delivered like it's personal

We're a locally owned outpatient practice on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, with clinics in Gulfport and Diamondhead. Our focus is simple: help our neighbors move better, feel better, and get back to the lives they love.

Who we are

Community Rehab brings physical, aquatic, and pediatric therapy together under one roof, so patients across the Coast can find the right care close to home. From post-surgical recovery to balance and pediatric care, our team builds each plan around the person in front of us.

What we believe

  • Access should be easy. Mississippi's 2024 direct access law means many patients can start therapy without waiting on a referral — and we handle the insurance legwork for you.
  • You're treated like a person. You get personal, one-on-one attention, with a plan designed and guided by a licensed therapist and a team that knows you by name.
  • Recovery is a partnership. The best outcomes come from a plan you understand and can carry into daily life.
  • We treat neighbors, not case numbers. Locally owned means the people caring for you are part of this community too.

Care on land and in the water

With both a therapy gym and warm-water pool, we can meet you where your recovery is — easing back in through aquatic therapy when land exercise is still too much, then progressing as you gain strength.
